A 57,000-square-meter complex housing an Olympic training center, research facilities, a sports medicine center, and a startup incubator — all under one program. The architecture had to serve elite athletes and early-stage founders in the same building without either group feeling like a guest. Built at the intersection of performance science and innovation infrastructure.
