A studio office carved into a building with pre-revolutionary brickwork and cast-iron columns stamped KRUPP and Brown, Bayley & Dixon Steel. The renovation kept every scar and patina, layering modern loft sensibility onto industrial archaeology. The walls have more history than most clients.
